Project Description
Project Director (Mega Project), Local Government Projects, Government of Sindh awarded contract to Yawar Builder on 2nd January,2023. The Construction of Civic Centre has basement, G+5 floors and has 6th floor provision for future extension. The project needs to be completed in one year. The predominant work to be performed on the project are dismantling, excavation plus dewatering, civil works (i.e., raft foundation, grey structure of building), electrical and plumbing works.
