Project Description
DC Surjani is a complex society project which is planned for two bungalows and two flats naming DC Bungalow, ADC Bungalow, AC Flats and Mukhtiyar kar Flats respectivesly. The two bungalows are single storey residential building with OHWT over roof top while the both the flats comprises of two floors starting from basement level to roof, and OHWT over the roof. The structure type is RCC for both bungalows and Flats with the utilization of high quality resources to meet the structural safety requirement. Architectural work is underway, taking into account concerns about building standards, durability, and aesthetics. The project is estimated to be completed in 2025 with all the hopes of meeting client’s requirement.
