EXTENSION UPGRADATION OF TRANSPORT BUILDING AT CHQ, KORANGI, KARACHI

The project involves the extension and upgradation of the Transport Building at the CHQ (Corporate Headquarters) in Korangi, Karachi, for Pak Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO). This extension aims to expand and modernize the existing transport facility to meet the growing operational demands. The upgraded building will offer improved infrastructure and support systems for the transport division, ensuring efficient functioning and enhanced capacity.

The scope includes construction for the extension, the installation of plumbing and fire-fighting systems, electrical works, telecommunication infrastructure, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) installations. The upgraded building will provide a modern and fully integrated workspace for the staff, ensuring both functionality and safety standards are met.
